FLVC WELLNESS:
I first found about Fulvic acid/ Humid acid by my dear friend and local body healer, at my appointment I booked with her regarding my severe neck pain. I Was in so much pain, I could barely move my neck at all. I suffer with neck issues due to stress I carry, and from a past job I had as a lash tech.
Nearing the end of my appointment my friend had recommended a product she was selling from a different company then the one I am about tell you about. She thought my body could use it and that I would see very good results from it with inflammation, gut and skin health. she had me intrigued and I left with a month sample she said I had to try. I fell in love instantly. So what was it you ask?
Fulvic acid!!
What exactly is fulvic acid and what does it do for us?
Well the answer is allot! Since taking it, I started to feel more energy and less lows in my day. I Also noticed my bowel movements became more regular ( which for me has been a constant issue for 8 years), My skin……oh let me tell you about my skin! I thought my skin was looking so great before with all my added supplements I take, but after only 3 days of the fulvic acid in water routine , my skin got even better. Radiant and a pinkish glow. I don’t really have much inflammation, but if I do- it would normally start in my joints, or upper shoulders from stress. Well thats gone. I haven’t really had issues since. Is it related? I feel in my heart it is!
So naturally I had to dig deeper and find out what it can do and how can I get my hands on more. Turns out the company she was getting it from no longer has it available. long story short.. I went on to find my own supplier for my store so I could continue to take it and provide my customers with yet again another healing product. How exciting!!
Fulvic acid not only helps for what was stated above, but a whole bundle of things. Here’s a list of what it can do:

So where does it come from?
Fulvic/Humic acid is a deep earth substance that is extracted in special regions of the world containing rich organic minerals at about 200-250 feet underground. Both humic and fulvic acid are formed during the seaweed humification process (certain combinations of temperature as well as the right combination of organic substances, which overtime, compresses this organic matter into a new unique substance called …. you guessed it, Humic/ fulvic acid.
Just like with any source of food or substance, there are higher and lesser quality sources. From what I’ve learned is that the highest quality sources come from Russia, Canada, China, Mexico, and the United States!

Adaptogens… What are they?
Adaptogens are non-toxic plants that are marketed for helping the body resist stressors of all kinds, whether physical, chemical or biological. These herbs and roots or mushrooms, have been used for centuries in Chinese and Ayurvedic healing traditions. Nightingale Coffee Company is locally roasted in Vanderhoof, BC!
They roast their coffee in an Artisan Roaster in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. I’m a Big fan of this coffee, and I was so excited to get to see how the process was done. The nightingale’s spend their summers roasting coffee and supplying the town. They are at Every Farmers Market with smiles on their faces – rain or shine. Nightingale Coffee comes only in whole bean varieties made with beans from all over the globe! A couple of my favourite roasts are the Black Diamond (Expresso), because I like strong coffee! However, the Peru Norte (medium) is another family favourite in my household! We usually have 1 of each on the go!
I am Sipping a fresh cup of Peru Norte as I type! My husband beat me to the grinder , his favourite is the Peru. We drink ours in a French press, to me its the only way to do it.
